Do you do emergency repairs?

Software problems such as a crashing computer or lost data recovery can often be resolved the same day with an on-site visit (including evenings and weekends).

Hardware repairs can often be done the same day if we have the necessary parts in stock (contact us to find out). If not, we may be able to lend you a laptop or phone and copy your essential data to it.

Do you fix Windows/Apple/Android/Linux computers?

Yes, we can usually fix the software or hardware on any modern computing device and quite a few older ones as well. If it would be cheaper to replace rather than repair the device we’ll tell you.

How much do you charge?

Initial consultations in the local area are free and there’s no charge for any problems fixed or help given at that time. We can come to you or you can come to us. An initial consultation would typically last about an hour.

Skilled work after that typically costs £40/hour, plus the cost of any necessary parts. We are not currently VAT registered so there is no VAT charge. Discounts are available for pensioners and regular customers.

There is no call-out fee within roughly 30 minutes’ travelling time from Carshalton. Travel outside that time is charged at our hourly rate.

 

When are you open?

Appointments are available between 9 am and 9 pm seven days a week.

Where are you located?

We are based near¬†Carshalton Beeches station in South London. We can come to your home or office or you can visit us by appointment (we don’t have a shop). There’s no call-out charge within approximately 30 minutes’ travelling time from Carshalton. Outside that area we charge our normal hourly rate for travel.
